Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) – Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated on or before November 18, 2024 at 02:00 o’clock in the afternoon Late bids shall not be accepted. BAC – Office Clock shall be used for reference.
