CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—The Department of Agriculture Central Luzon led by the Regional Executive Director Crispulo Bautista, Jr. together with Brigadier General Ralph Mamauag, Wing Commander of the 355th Aviation Engineering Wing of the Philippine Air Force, rendered a courtesy call to Lieutenant General Ramiro Rey, Commander of Northern Luzon Command on June 4, 2020.In partnership with the DA Central Luzon, NOLCOM adapted the project “Ahon Lahat, Pagkaing Sapat (ALPAS) Kontra sa COVID-19, or also known as Plant, Plant, Plant program”. The DA will assist and provide various seeds to be utilized by the Armed Forces of the Philippines inside the camp. This activity aims to support the campaign of the Department of Agriculture in improving food adequacy levels and food security during this COVID-19 pandemic.###
