DA TO STRENGTHEN HYBRID RICE PROGRAM CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA—The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office III joins the Regional Teleconference Meeting spearheaded by Dr. Francisco Malabanan, Director of the DA’s Hybrid Rice Program on June 10, 2020. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the development of the efforts in disseminating information and distribution of the hybrid rice seeds in different provinces of the country.
