DA-RFO 3 DISTRIBUTES PHP 897-MILLION TO HOG RAISERS
City of San Fernando, Pampanga —A total of 360 African Swine Fever affected hog raisers from the province of Nueva Ecija received Php 22,180,000 million cash assistance at DA-RFO 3 Capitol Compound on October 30.
The hog raisers were from the Municipality of San Antonio and Talavera. Marites Alabado from San Antonio recognized and acknowledged the constant support and assistance of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 3 for the affected hog-raisers.
“Malaki po ang aking pagpapasalamat dahil kahit namatay ang aming mga baboy at nawalan kami ng kinabubuhay, napakalaking tulong iyong ibinigay nila sa amin na maaaring magamit naming sa pagsisimulang muli ng business,” Alabado said.
As of September 21, more than Php 897,359,000 were successfully distributed in the various provinces of Central Luzon.###
