VERCA AGRO CHEM, INC. as the Single Calculated and Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PhP199,680.00).
