DARFO3 conducted a blended Corporate Plan 2022-2027 Preparation meeting last January 7, 2022.
This corporate plan aims to align and provide effective and transparent governance, to curb corruption, streamline its processes, maintain a sustainable financial system, and project a culture of service orientation.
This aforementioned plan will also served as a way to align the department structure and process, and to secure the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certification in order to serve better our farmer and fisherfolks.
