BACSAY, CAMILING, TARLAC SSIP UNDER RICE PROGRAM FOR FY 2022 as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid through Public Bidding with the total amount of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS (PhP 1,612,430.00).
