five-day training from June 06-10, 2022 on Preparation of Project Proposal, Business Plan, and Cluster Development Plan was organized by the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 3 – Training Management Team for the Farmers’ Cooperative and Associations (FCAs) of Tarlac at Savannah Resort Hotel, Angeles City, Pampanga.
For the first day of training, Supervising Agriculturist Eduviges T. Pelayo gave her welcome remarks and had an overview of Farm Fisheries Clustering and Consolidation (F2C2)The F2C2 program is an Administrative Order No.27 created for our farmers and fisherfolks to increase the level of production, to have the income on a higher level, and to give them a better or easier access to resources, technologies, and markets.
Right after, a lecture on Social Preparation and Values Formation was presented. The second day of training highlighted the Project Proposal Writing and Workshop led by Luis D. Bausa and a brief overview of Bookkeeping and Accounting for Non-Accountant, a detailed discussion will be given on the third day.
And for the last two days of training, a thorough Lecture and Workshop on Cluster Development Plan will be shared and delivered to the trainees.
