CLEMENTE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS AND 72/100 (Php 864,470.72).
