Sinagawa ng Kagawaran ng Pagsasaka sa Gitnang Luzon ang Agency In-House Review 2024 na may temang “Driving Sustainable and Resilient Agriculture through R&D Innovations” noong ika-28 hanggang ika-30 ng Agosto sa Prime Asia Hotel, Angeles City, Pampanga.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay naglalayong maging plataporma para sa pagpapalaganap ng mga resulta ng pananaliksik sa iba’t ibang perspektibo. Layunin din nitong makabuo ng mga mungkahi mula sa mga panel, kasamang mananaliksik, lokal na yunit ng gobyerno, at mga stakeholder ng mga magsasaka sa rehiyon. Bukod dito, ito ay patunay ng dedikasyon at diwa ng pagtutulungan na nagtutulak sa pagsasaliksik sa agrikultura tungo sa mas magandang kinabukasan.

Pinangunahan ang programa ni Dr. Irene M. Adion, Regional Technical Director (RTD) for Research, Regulations and Integrated Laboratories ng DA RFO 3, kasama sina Dr. Arthur D. Dayrit, RTD for Operation, Extension and AMAD at OIC-Chief of Research Division, at Dr. Emily A. Soriano, katuwang ang DA RFO 3 Research for Development Division (R4DD).

Sa aktibidad, isa-isang ibinahagi ng bawat representante mula sa State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Provincial Local Government Units (PLGUs), at DA-RFO III ukol sa mga resulta at pananaw mula sa parehong natapos at kasalukuyang proyekto na may kaugnayan sa palay, cassava, mushrooms, High-Value Crops, organic agriculture, at agricultural technology business incubation. R4DD ang kanilang mga papel na may kaugnayan sa pagpapaunlad, inobasyon, pagtuklas, at pagpapataas ng kalidad ng serbisyo ng Kagawaran ng Pagsasaka (DA) para sa mga magsasaka.

Nagsilbi bilang mga panelist sa tatlong araw ng Agency In-House Review sina DA-Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) Assistant Director Joell H. Lales, Program Development Division Head Raymond Patrick L. Cabrera, Dr. Irene M. Adion ng DA-RFO III RTD for Research, Pampanga State Agricultural University Professor Dr. Mary Grace Gatan, Philippine Rice Research Institute IPM Consultant Dr. Ravindra Joshi, Agricultural Cooperative President at magsasaka Dr. Josie Valdez, at mga tagasuri ng poster, Ginoong Ramil Dela Rea at Ginoong Kent Edwards Ballesteros.

Sa kabuuang 30 papel na isinumite para sa In-House Review, kasama rito ang 6 mula sa SUCs at mga Probinsya sa kategoryang completed research paper, 5 sa kategoryang on-going research paper, 3 sa kategoryang completed development, at 2 sa kategoryang on-going development.

Ginawaran ng mga gantimpala ang mga sumusunod na nagkamit ng natatanging marka sa pamamagitan ng pagpapakita ng pambihirang kalidad at paggawa ng mahahalagang kontribusyon sa kanilang mga larangan:
