This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Provision of additional PM snacks for the Annual Assessments of DA’s FY 2020 Physical and Financial Accomplishment vis-à-vis targets on December 18, 2020 at the Conference room, DA-RFO 3, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with PR no. 2020-12-01215 and ABC of EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (88,350.00)” was awarded to ELLA MARTINA CATERING SERVICES as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (Php82,460.00).
