This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Provision of Meals and Snacks for the conduct of Management Committee (ManCom) meetings on August 2, 9, 16, 23, 31, September 6, 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 2, 8, 15, 22, 29, December 6, 13, 20, 27, 2021 at Conference Room, DA-RFO 3, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with PR no. 2021-06-02243 and ABC of PhP 396,000.00″ was awarded to J AND H CATERING SERVICES as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (PhP 391,600.00).
