This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: “Provision of Meals and Snacks to be served during to be served during Capacity Building Cum Year-End Assessment of Accomplishment of Regulatory Division on December 2-3, 2020 at Pampanga” with PR No. 2020-10-21-0733 and ABC of NINETY NINE THOUSAND PESOS (99,000.00) was awarded to AQUEE CATERING SERVICES & GEN. MDSE as the Lowest Calculated Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of NINETY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (Php95,400.00).
