This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Supply and Delivery of 4 bottle Certified Reference Material (CRM) for Feeds for Use at the Feed Chemical Analysis Laboratory with an ABC ofP240,000.00 and PR No.DA3-2021-03-0940” was awarded to PRO MAINTECH CONSULTANCY, INC. as the Single Calculated Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P240,000.00).
