This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Supply and delivery of Various Other Supplies (3 unit Water Dispenser, et.all) to be used in the implementation of different PPTV-RM trials in region 3 with PR No. 2022-01-0448 and ABC of P53,100.00” was awarded to DABA ENTERPRISES as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of FORTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php 49,650.00).
