This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Supply and Delivery of Various Other Supplies (Extension Cord Set with Individual Switch 5 Gang WED-360 et al.) to be used at the office of the Regional Executive Director with PR no. 2022-03-01305 and ABC of PHP 100,705.00” was awarded to DABA ENTERPRISES as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS (Php 98,698.00).
