This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Supply and Delivery of Various Supplies to be used in Livestock Animals and Forage Production in RESHL Botolan, Zambales with PR No. 2021-07-02445 & ABC of PhP55,400.00″ was awarded to FARMCHILD AGRI ENTERPRISES as the Single Calculated and Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (PhP 43,275.00).
