This serves as notice to the public that the requirement for the project “Supply of Labor and Materials for the rehabilitation of signages and facade of the CLIARCLD Paraiso, Tarlac City with PR no. 2021-11-03738 and ABC of PhP 150,000.00″ was awarded to MALTA CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement with the total amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE PESOS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (PhP 140,673.37).
