In accordance with the DA Memorandum dated May 16, 2022, entitled “Role of DA Regional Offices in the Implementation of DOST-DA-DENR-DOH-DILG Joint Department Circular (JDC) No. 1 Series of 2021 Public Participation for Field Trial”, all accepted applications for Biosafety Permit for Field Trial shall be posted at DA office in the province, city or municipality where the field trial will be conducted.

This is to ensure public transparency of all GM applications applied for field trial.
