Congratulations to Director Crispulo G. Bautista, Jr. for being appointed as Director IV

Agriculture Secretary William Dar administered the oath-taking today held at the DA Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City.  

Originated from Binmaley, Pangasinan, Director Bautista was born on October 29, 1958. His professional career began in the third quarter of 1980. He entered Central Luzon State University for his Agricultural Engineering course and took Master of Public Administration in Don Eulogio R. Dizon College of Nueva Ecija.  

He was known for his dedication in lending a hand to the people specifically the farmers and fisherfolks who need support and assistance in attaining a prosperous agriculture sector in the country.  

He was appointed to several significant positions in the Presidential Management Staff and in the Department of Agriculture, corroboration of his competence, proficiency, and capabilities in serving the public. He served as Presidential Staff Officer VI in the Presidential Management Staff; as Director III and Regional Technical Director for Operations & Extension in the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 3. On December 28, 2018, he assumed the position of the OIC-Regional Executive Director in DA Central Luzon.  

In addition, he attended various training and accomplishments through the years. Most notable among which are the 8TH National Corn Congress, Food Staple Sufficiency Planning Workshop, 2012 Operational Planning Workshop for Establishment of Modern Integrated Rice Processing Complex in Four Provinces in the Philippines, Development of Appropriate Extension Modalities to Address the Impact of Climate Change, Consultative Workshop for the Calibration of the Office Performance System (OPES), and numerous Letters of Commendations, Certificates of Appreciation, and Plaques.
