DA-RFO 3 GAD Focal Point System lumahok sa HGDG Training

Isinagawa ng GAD-FPS Office ng Kagawaran ang “Training on the use of Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) to Mainstream GAD Elements in the Project Development Cycle” via zoom nitong ika-22 hanggang ika-24 ng Hunyo.

Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na mapagtibay ng Kagawaran ang paggawa ng mga gender-responsive na programa at proyekto sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng HGDG. Maliban dito upang maisama ang GAD perspective sa Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of the agencies Projects, Activities and Programs (PAPs).

Ang training na ito ay nilahukan ng halos 20 na miyembro ng GAD-FPS mula sa iba’t-ibang opisina ng Kagawaran. Ito ay binubo ng tatlong sessions; Session 1: Introduction to Gender Analysis, Session 2: Integrating Gender in Program Development, and Session 3: HGDG Project Implementation and Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation (PIMME) Checklist.

Nagkaroon din ng dalawang workshop kung saan ang mga kalahok ay binigyan ng pagsususri ng mga project/program proposals at sumagot sa Box 8. GAD Checklist for designing and evaluating agricultural and agrarian reform projects at Box 16 and 17 GAD PIMME Checklist.
