HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SECTION (HRMS)

is a critical department within an organization responsible for managing and developing the company’s most valuable asset: its employees.

The HR office plays a vital role in ensuring that the organization operates smoothly and efficiently by handling a wide range of functions, including Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Compliance and Legal, and Performance Management.
