The Department of Agriculture – Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (DA 4K) program commenced its Plan and Budget Preparation Workshop for FY 2023 today at Subic Bay Travelers Hotel, Subic, Zambales led by DA 4K National Program Management Office (DA 4K- NPMO).
As the host region and in behalf of DA RFO 3 Regional Executive Director Crispulo G. Bautista, Jr., DA 4K Regional Program Management Support Office head Mr. Memito Luyun III welcomed the participants and representatives from different regions.
Program Director Ervannie Jay P. Belarmino, CPA, Ph.D. formally opened the activity with a short message while Assistant Program Director Lucia A. Campomanes, CESO IV delivered the rationale, objectives and overview of the said activity.
This five-day Plan and Budget Preparation Workshop aims to plan and strategize all agri-fishery requirements of the Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) by the program implementers, to be able to conduct work/action plans and strategies for the direction of the program, to be able to use and fill-up the data collection forms properly and to discuss and agree on the next steps for the implementation of the project.
