National Women’s Month, supported by DA

San Fernando City, Pampanga – Central Luzon Agriculture Department cooperates in celebration of 2021 National Women’s Month with the theme ′′ Juana Against Pandemic: So! #WomenMakeChange ′′ this 1th to 31th March. 

In accordance with Proclamation No. 227 Series 1998, this annual celebration was declared in March for women. Meanwhile, March 8th is celebrated as women’s day. 

The theme ′′ Juana Against Pandemic: Fight!” features women’s activities or activities to help develop the country. As the country faces COVID-19, this advocacy demonstrates the active participation of women in fighting and responding to the pandemic. 

Employees of the Department wore purple attire on March 1th in support of this event. This way, women’s rights will be more recognized especially during a pandemic and will be shared their empowerment.
