The Philippine Center for Post-harvest Development and Mechanization in coordination with the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist of Pampanga and DA-RFO 3 has awarded farm machineries under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Mechanization component to 21 Farmers’ Cooperatives and Associations (FCA) from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th District of Pampanga. A total of 18 four wheel tractors, 31 Hand-tractors, 1 Precision Seeder, 1 Walk behind Seeder, 2 Riding-type Seeder and 3 Combine Harvesters were turned-over to the FCA Chairmen and officers worth P 40 M of machineries.
