𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | On June 11, 2024, the division under the R4DD’s NextGen project conducted the Season-End Assessment of various Participatory Performance Testing and Validation Trials of newly released Inbred Rice Varieties for Irrigated and Drought Prone areas in Region III at the DA-RFO III, San Fernando, Pampanga.

The objective of the activity was to evaluate the performance of 500 and 600 series rice varieties during the 2023-2024 dry season in 15 irrigated inbred areas, 2 drought-prone areas, and 2 pigmented rice varieties established in the region.

Together with the regional seed coordinator, the provincial research coordinators, municipal partners, and APCOs from each province in the region took part in the activity.
