The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

Interested bidders can attend the Pre-Bid Conference on February 20, 2026 at 09 A.M. at the DA-RFO III Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Conference Room, DMGC, Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Bid proposals must be duly received by the BAC – Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated on or before March 4, 2026 at 09 A.M. Late bids shall not be accepted and the BAC – Office Clock shall be used for reference.
