Bid proposals/quotations must be duly received by the BAC – Secretariat through manual submission at theDA-RFO III Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Conference Room, DMGC, Brgy. Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on or before February 16, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. Late bids shall not be accepted and the BAC – Office Clock shall be used for reference.
